I have you know that I proclaimed this clerihew aloud to see whether the hope'll/opal rhyme does work. AND IT DOES. :) Holmes is such a swash-buckler, isn't he? (see: the Poker) :)

I'm hurt that you ever doubted "hope'll" and "opal" rhymed :P (*giggle*) I came up with those first and thought the other couplet would be a breeze. Then checked the story and realised I had to come with a rhyme for "Farintosh" ^___^ But buckling your swash really suits Holmes ^^
