The beagle-foxhound drooped. “But my orders!”

“Next time act like ye got rabies if you got to. But you don’t work for Holmes again.”

Toby! Bad boy! ^__^ I must admit, on the contrary, I rather like the idea of Holmes having a dog network - everywhere he goes there's a hound ready and waiting to assist at a moment's notice.
