Our Mirror Comm

This is just to let everyone know that our mirror comm sherlock60 now exists.

Remember that you can still access your posts and comments on Dreamwidth using OpenID via LJ. Though don’t worry too much about that. We will be regularly reimporting sherlock60, and so any edits made on LJ will eventually turn up on the other side too. [Edited to add: Unfortunately that isn't true. Any edit made on LJ won't show up on DW in the next import. The LJ original and its DW copy have to be edited separately.]

sherlock60 has been set to moderated membership. Do feel free to request to join the community if you have a Dreamwidth account and would like to do so. But we must stress the community is intended solely to be an archive. All activity (60s, poems, commenting, laughing at mods’ northern accents) will be continuing on LJ.

Some of us aren't laughing. We're just scratching our heads wondering where the r's (that aren't there?!!) are coming from.

And then there's the Bristol accent, which adds 'L's to the end of words ending in vowels, e.g. 'area' becomes 'areal'.
