Author's Notes: Playing with a speculation some Sherlockians have made about the connection between two characters....
He was not my husband.
Of course readers have speculated, but truly, it's a common surname. I do wish that dear Dr. Watson had chosen a pseudonym for the man, but that can't be helped. And after all, we were not unconnected.
He was my older brother.
Yes, Miss Hudson, later Mrs. Hudson. I said it was a common surname.
