Another dream of Ballarat. Those picturesque hills and blue sky that as a boy come to England I spent my days longing for. I stir, leaving Australia behind for London once more. My eyes open to find Holmes looming above me like a priest over a moribund patient.

The scream I emitted, I admit to omitting from all case notes.

Heh, it must have been a bit of a shock for Watson to wake and find Holmes standing over him. I'm surprised he took it as well as he did! Your version is much closer to what I imagine to be the truth. :-)
