It's that time again: time to get ready for Sunday and a new classic case in 60 for 60! Up next for this Sunday and the week ahead, it's The Adventure of the Devil's Foot, your humble mod's personal all-time favorite. Danger and intrigue follow Holmes and Watson wherever they go, including the rugged seaside of Cornwall where Watson is tending Holmes through his convalescence. Even in his weakened state, Holmes will stop at nothing to unravel the mystery that begins with the strange and horrifying demise of a trio of siblings.

*newbie wave* Um, this is probably a stupid question, but what's the policy (if any) on submitting multiple fics? This story is a personal favourite of mine as well, and I've been itching to try Holmes fanfic for a while; between the two, I've already done three pieces for this challenge and could easily get even more mileage out of it...

You're absolutely welcome to submit as many as you like! Perhaps it would be best though if you try to bunch them into just a couple of posts max rather than a lot of singles for ease of comm navigation. Thanks for understanding.

Thank you; I'll probably bundle up entries two and three into a single post. And thanks for the warm welcome - I decided to sit out The Dancing Men but get started on this one early and thoroughly, and covered almost a whole page of loose leaf noting down all the bits of this story that struck me as potentially inspiring while rereading it, so that helped. ;)
