Instead of listening to Percy, however, he babbled on about roses. I let him know that he was not here to talk; instead, I expected results.

I thought it was kind of a funny moment in the Granada ep. When Holmes went on about the roses, everybody else was all WTF, but Annie was just plain annoyed with him.

YES. Well, someone has to realize that this is a serious situation and not time to rattle on about flowers and philosophy. Something must be done, and wouldn't you know, it's the remarkable woman who has to kick things back into gear.
