As the door opened he jumped to his feet, ready to interrogate the doctor but was instead instantly leapt upon by his dearest friend.
"I'm clear," Godfrey said as he pulled him into an embrace.
"Thank God!" he said, clinging on.
Godfrey pulled away, grinning. "Don't thank God when I can finally do this."
And with that he kissed him.
