For those unfortunate enough to require hospital treatment they need not worry if they attend Charing Cross Hospital.  There are nearly 200 beds for male and female patients, together with wards for children.  The staffing is excellent, with some of the best matrons and sisters working there.  A patient will receive the best care, whether there through accident or illness.

Best place for a man after a vitriol attack, but I doubt he'll go. He'll probably stay at home and woe to the nurse who gets assigned to him!

Someone in the Baron's position is able to afford home nursing. We suspect, although the hospital staff would give him excellent care, they will be quite happy not to make his acquaintance.

We have been reliably informed Matron has a way of treating those feigning illness which prevents any unfortunate repercussions.
