A/NThis is my first entry for Sherlock60. I don't usually write fanfic but this seems like a fun way to start. A lifelong Holmes fan, I'm happy to see Sherlock Holmes fan outlets, such as this terrific one, thriving.

They did me no favor. Pulling me out of water bloody as has ever been. Life's been unkind these twenty years. Better had my cries gone unanswered.

But they've cashed in, wretched felons and murderers. Now old, twisted-bodied Hudson knows a thing 'bout you. Trevor? Ha! My heart's as black as yours, Armitage. Time for you to pay.

"Donnithorpe, driver."

A/N 2 This story assumes Hudson was not part of the mutiny but was saved for the sale of his humanity by those mutineers whose conscience had already bothered them.

This is like one of those trailers you can't keep your eyes from. If GLOR was a movie, your story would make the perfect PR base. ;)

Hello:-)

This is a great and chilling description of state of mind and intent. Nicely penned.

I'm the mod here, and I'm so touched by your comment! It makes me happy to be part of the storied Sherlockian tradition passed down through the decades, and I'm delighted you've come to join us and write!

As for your 60, it's phenomenal. I love when our clever writers come up with a fresh angle that casts the entire case differently, and your 60 does that in spades. Hudson as a victim, seeking righteous justice. That's something I would never have expected, but works to perfection. Excellent!

ooh, very nice take on Hudson and his possible motivation. It did seem unfair that Trevor and Armitage get seen as the victims when their actions were so evil.
