If not for France, I might have seen that my friend’s fit was falsified. But I was worried about his well-being because I knew that he would never be. During times when I face his impertinence, I feel for Sherlock’s mother. He is this unmanageable now; I fear the terror he must have been whilst still knee-high to a grasshopper.
