Most times those little birds drawn to my wife never realized the "mistake." Tonight, I fear the assistance may be more than merely walking Kate home. It may be a pursuit worthy of my days with Holmes!

A/N: Throwing another speculation on the pile regarding Mrs. Watson's most-famous mistake in this story in calling her husband "James." This theory postulates it had a rather practical use between a husband and wife.

YES. This is what I love about these 60s: new cool theories. I'm keeping this one, because it's so much cleaner than all the other explanations available.
