It's the weekend, and it's the beginning of the holiday season - what a perfect time to read a canon Sherlock Holmes Christmas story! This Sunday, we'll be reading and writing about The Blue Carbuncle. An incredible chain of events begins with a lost hat and a Christmas goose arriving at Baker Street.

Not sure how to contact a mod here, but I thought it was worth knowing: one of the upcoming deals on Amazon's Black Friday deals is the complete Sherlock Holmes Granada series. It starts on Saturday at 12.20pm PST - no idea what the price will be or how many are available, but Amazon's listing it for $149 so it'll likely be some percentage less than that.
