Mr Holmes must be up to something; he’s stuck in bed, looking truly very poorly, whenever Mrs Hudson comes into his room and yet whenever he knows she’s gone out he’s moving about and making notes. It’s a strange way to solve a case though.

DYIN – Impaired Judgment
Three days without water – without liquid of any kind – reduced me to a level of idiocy I hope I never achieve again. My failure to anticipate Mrs Hudson; my abuse and reckless endangerment of my Watson; and worst, my utter forgetfulness of him in the twinned ecstatic rush of incipient victory and the sweet taste of moisture on my lips.
