Canon Story: The Greek Interpreter
Title: Descended from an Artist
Author: thesmallhobbit
Rating: PG

It was clear that both Holmes had inherited the artist’s powers of observation from their ancestor.  Sherlock, of course, was an accomplished violinist.  It was only later that I would learn how good an artist Mycroft was.  His line drawings of young men would have been good enough to exhibit had it not been for the accuracy of the images.

You paint a rather intriguing image of Mycroft. :) I think you just added something vital to my headcanon Mycroft. Thank you.

I adore this take on Mycroft- some of my favorite Victorian gentlemen wore green carnations. The dryness of Watson's tone here is a thing of beauty.
