A/N: There are times when I am entirely predictable!
I have written how Inspector Lestrade’s visits were welcome to Holmes. What I had omitted to add was how welcome they were to me. For the sake of form Holmes would always make a point of telling Lestrade that he could rest on the sofa; for none of us would dare to allude that he would be sharing my bed.
