Date: 2014-12-14 02:53 pm (UTC)Her decision to stay under a roof with her besotted, ruthless boss who prides himself on "breaking people" to get what he wants and his temperamental wife who obviously hates her does seem strange. She must have really believed in herself as a force for good--or maybe she really liked the kids and the job!
