Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your attention Inspector Stanley Hopkins of the Metropolitan Police. He is truly the most marvellous of men, with the softest of hair and the kindest of eyes. Although were you a criminal I am sure he would not look upon you with the same gentleness he shows to others.
Yours blissfully
Mouselet

Date: 2015-09-15 10:25 pm (UTC)I wish to add that, as is my wont, I have posted my Sherlock 60 poem and poetry page verse on ffnet. Do my loyal readers want to know about my use of Welsh poetry forms and rhyme pattern?
No, alas
They want to know about mouselet ( origin is properly credited) and her attachment to the above mentioned inspector.
The audience for articles by her is clearly out there,
Sincerely
A well wisher
Re: Huh...
Date: 2015-09-15 10:39 pm (UTC)We are delighted to learn Mouselet's fame is spreading. Although it is perhaps indicative of the general public that there is a preference for romance rather than an appreciation of carefully crafted verse.
If it were to increase circulation then we should certainly consider offering her the role of occasional columnist.
Sincerely
The Ocelot
