No, Mr Holmes, the capture of a criminal is not adequate compensation for cold scrambled eggs.  You should have ordered fresh from Mrs Hudson. My poor inspector may not have time to eat for the rest of the day.  And the bruises the sweet man must have sustained, Dr Watson, why didn’t you check him over?  I Am Not Happy.

I'm not sure Mrs. Hudson would have been terribly happy about making a second breakfast ^__^ Holmes should have offered to take Hopkins out for breakfast, before he set off for Norway.

I do agree though. All this business with processing the suspect and filing paperwork -- Hopkins isn't likely to eat throughout the day!
