My poor inspector.  If he falls ill it will be no surprise to me.  Soaked through, bed at one in the morning and a train to catch at six.  And just a cup of coffee before they start.  If Mr Holmes does not take care of my dear inspector I swear I will eat holes in all his best cuffs.

But they do 'snatch a hurried breakfast' after getting off the train. I think Holmes will probably insist on paying for everyone - his cuffs remain safe! ^__^
