A funny thing, depression. One would not think oneself capable of it, until it strikes. And then one wonders how this world keeps continuing, how people live their lives, as if it was the easiest achievement in the world. Until it vanishes into nothingness again.
However, it was certainly not an impractical thought to move in with a medical practitioner.

I had thought about making this a huge glowing thank you to Watson's selfless care, but the space wouldn't have allowed, and it would have been terribly out of character for Holmes anyway. On the other hand, depression makes us see more clearly, and I thought an honest feeling of having made a good decision would work much better than a teary "I wuv me doc". =P Sometimes the blackness brings forth the best jokes.
