Watson and Mary were absolutely adorable in SIGN, so it's always good to see more about them. Sometimes it seems like other pairings get lost in the flood of Holmes/Watson.

Indeed. However much I may enjoy the relationship between Holmes and Watson in the later stories I really do feel for Watson here, completely smitten and feeling so unworthy. And Mary is so genuine.
